Benjamin Douglas Cote
Ben is a counselor who offers his services to individuals and families across all age groups, from children to adults. His approach to counseling is holistic and he believes that wellness is achieved when one's psychological, physical, and spiritual aspects are in harmony. Ben is well-versed in various therapeutic techniques such as existential, humanistic, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. He specializes in supporting clients with disabilities, whether physical or developmental, and has a keen interest in parenting, particularly those with children who have disabilities. Currently, Ben has a few morning telehealth appointments available for adults, but unfortunately, he is not accepting new clients for children at this time.
